My First Distress Inks!!!

I just got my first set of distress inks and one HA background..And I had a blast playing with them. I need to experiment a lot with these... they are so so versatile..I'm still learning...



This is not my best attempt, this is my first attempt..so forgive any imperfections...I love the colors..and most probably will be getting more colors...

I've used Hero arts magical background with clear embossing. Distress inks used are Wild honey, broken china and shabby shutters, along with Vintage photo on the edges and the sentiment banner.
Sentiment is again Hero Arts valentine sayings. Bronze pearls (local find).

    I learn one thing and you do something new a nd I wonder now what.. I have to bring myself up-to-date with all the techniques which can be used.. This is really nice..I love the brass pearls...The perfect ft for the card...

    Hey so you finally got your stamps.... That's good... And the card looks really lovely... You know even I want to do this technique with a background stamp. I think its time to place a new order :) And yes where did you buy your distress inks from?

    Gorgeous card, love the beautiful distress inks you used and great embossing! Your card is just beautiful, the contrast of the black and white really makes your flowers stand out!
